After having let TruGreen know that I was having a problem with my lawn, I was super impressed by a personal visit from the companies representative who came to my home to specifically see what was happening with the lawn. Then to actually take the time to put a plan in place to see if we could make any improvements. That is what I needed. Someone who cared, and didn't leave until a plan was in place to improve things. I look forward to seeing the results, which I know will take some time, but am super grateful for the personal visit, advice, and care that TruGreen treats their customers.

Had some nasty patches of "alien" grass. I didn't know if True Green would be able to get rid of them. They're still in my grass, but they're losing the battle. I hope they'll be gone this year or next.

Was on time and completed whole yard, including back yard where dogs are which sometimes gets skipped. Said she had no problem with the dogs.
