Being this is the first time I have used your company, I can say that it appears that you are very professional. I was not at home when the Lawn Care Specialist came by. Wardell Turner left the invoice and other helpful information regarding the service. Hopefully in the next few days I will see the results of the first visit. I am sure that time will tell.

The Specialist was friendly and informative.
My new service guy( Mr. Turner) is excellent . He even explain to me what my last service was and what it was suppose to accomplish, I just wish I could keep the same guy for an entire season.

Nice price, timely service, and most importantly, specialist lawn care professional talking with me.
My only improvement would be that when the lawn care professional leaves notes about what he found in the yard there should be an explanation from him how he is going to fix the problem. For example:
"• I noticed some Poa annua in your lawn. Poa annua, a winter grassy weed, is also called annual bluegrass which will die out during hot weather.
• I noticed common weeds in your lawn today."
What are you going to do about the common weeds in my yard? Additionally, there are numerous green onions throughout the front yard. What are you going to do to remedy that problem?

Mike Turner was an excellent representative for your company. He arrived early today to re-treat my yard. He and I discussed the areas needing treatment and he serviced those areas with great efficiency.
William Nunez, Tree and Shrub Specialist, is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the troubles with the shrubs/trees, in a friendly manner. He is very thorough in his work.
