What I like is how much time Jeremy Johnson spends on the servicing of my yard and how he doesn't mind taking the time to explain what is best for my lawn and other options to consider. It is a rare and welcome treat that he also takes the time to get to know his customers adding a very personal experience that doesn't get as much recognition as it should.
What I don't like is when specialists feel rushed and my yard pays the price with weeds littering my lawn. Professional work takes time and when that is sacrificed so is my yard, time and money.

The specialist, Charles Council from branch 5113, is always on time and leaves instructions on what service was performed on the lawn and suggestions as to what needs to be done to keep it in shape.
I like the notification that you will be servicing my yard. I have time to cancel if this poses a problem to me. The technicians are professional and go right to work when they arrive. They check in with me if I am home to let me know they are there.

I want to recognize Wardell Turner who came out today to retreat my lawn for crubs. I have a lot of mole activity and had TruGreen apply GrubX 2 months ago and apparently the 1st application wasnt' enough to treat my lawn.
Mr. Turner came out today (6/6/17) and retreated since he felt the 1st treatment wasnt adequate, and explained in detail what he did, and what I needed to do and was simply very professional, and truly customer care driven!!!
