My lawn looks totally different since TrueGreen has taken over care for my lawn. There was a noticeable decrease in weeds. I get a phone call 24 hrs before they cool ya treatment and an invoice on my door. I don’t have to be home for any of the treatment.
Jeremy Always Calls to ask me if anything special is needed.
I like the different services provided by TRuGreen, Mosquito treatment, lawn service, Tree treatment services however, I don't use the tree service because it's not needed, and the last thing is the reasonable price.
First of all you call before the appointment date. You also have very friendly and helpful customer service. You also ask if there is another service you can provide (i.e. fire ant control, shrubbery spray, etc) Thank you so much.
TrueGreen comes when they say they will and perform well and are knowledgeable about their work.

I like to discuss the lawn service with the specialist when he comes. Today 9/19/17, I met Josh Teague for tree and shrub application and Mike Turner for lawn service. I met them in the yard. Both were very nice and attentive to my many questions. Gave great feedback!! Hope they will come again.

Technician Mike Gordon seems to be very knowledgeable about the what is needed to enhance my yard. He suggested that I add Black Kow to my lawn and I'm impressed with the front yard. It really has helped it a lot. Still working on the sides and back.
Also, he is very approachable and answers my questions when asked.

My lawn specialist Mike N. did a fantastic job yesterday. We both spoke to each other prior to his work and talked about the lawn in general. This year the lawn has not looked as good as in previous years. Not sure what happened, but I am sure true Green will fix it.

Regular service calls and Charles leaves detailed reviews of my lawn or talks to me directly.
Consistent treatment for current and uprising issues within the lawn. When issues are identified, they are quick to respond and identify/resolve them.
They are courteous and listen to the customer and willing to discuss issues and resolutions with them.

August 9, 2017-the Tech's name was Alex branch, 5113 very professional, very well mannered. I would like to point out one issue though. We have an outside lamp post that I have flowers and border brick around them so when it rains the mulch doesn't wash out. He pulled his chemical hose across my flower bed, when reeling it in, the hose pulled up and broke three of my solar lights. He obviously didn't know this had happened or I feel that he would have addressed it Then I would have let him know next time stay on outside of bed. This isn't about TruGreen replacing the light's I have already taken care of this. I just wanted to make sure in the future the Tech is aware and stays on the outside of my flower bed, instead of pulling hose across bed. So far I like the Lawn and Tree & Shrub services you provide. Plants and shrubs are looking healthy. Would like to hear more specific details from the tech at the next service. Would have chatted earlier but did not receive requested advance notifications of scheduled services.
