Tracy R (Branch #5049) was the tech who came to my residence today to "spot treat" numerous violet patches throughout my lawn. I pointed out as many of the violet patches as I could throughout my lawn. Tracy was very nice and assured me all those areas I pointed out, and any areas I may not have seen would be treated as well. These violet patches have been "stubborn" to go away even during my regularly scheduled treatments, and I appreciate TruGreen's willingness to come between my regularly scheduled treatments to rid my lawn of these stubborn patches of violets at no cost to me.

I like the advance notice that the technician will be coming. Billing service works well. The fertilizer and other treatments definitely work. Grass looks great this year.
