I just received my 2nd treatment and so far so good. Your specialist 104220-MARCO OLIVAS was very professional and was efficient in his task in hand. The only thing that I suggest for improvement is having your specialists know the designated area to be treated since we do not get the same specialist. Hopefully we can obtain Marco Olivas for future treatments. We were very pleased with his performance/knowledge.

I had a nice visit with Leonel Zavala yesterday. I understood that it was his first day working with our yard/trees. He seemed very interested in accommodating our needs and asked about our yard boundaries (we have an adjacent lot that we probably need to include in our service plan). I indicated we had some fruit trees in the back - and he explained how he applied the product around the base of the tree. I appreciated the opportunity to coordinate with him directly. Our lawn looks so much better than when we moved in nearly five years ago - Thanks TruGreen!

Very good lawn care but usually but would prefer to receive e-mail notice about yard servicong as well as voice mail. sometimed I miss the voice mail and the backyard gate is not opened. Hope to receice both voice mail as well as e-mail notification for yard servicing.

Dustin D treated our plants like they were his own today. He spent the time to go a good job.

Positive results in lawn and shrubs treatments.

the printouts that the tech gives us helps us understand very quickly what was done and what to do...or not do!

we also like the app that lets us know when to expect our technician. very helpful, since we have a side gate we keep locked.

we have had two treatments, plus aeration and lime applied. we notice a big difference in the abatement of weeds in the grass, as well as a more lush green color to our front yard. much better results than one full season with Second Nature! (yes, i DID just name the competitor!)

each technician that has come out has been polite and courteous. Jason Carless did a great, quick job.

Everything seems OK but results will only be seen in 2 or 3 weeks !!

Trugreen was out today to treat our landscape. Dustin D sprayed every plant just like I asked. some of your guys refuse to treat everything. With Dustin this was not the case. I hope to have him as our regular technician from now on.

We are very happy with the service from Dustin D. He is also very knowledgeable.
