I know you are the experts, but I'm a little concerned that aeration and seeding was completed in early August during a very hot dry spell and large spots in my lawn died. I increased watering to twice a day for two weeks, but it didn't help.

We found Tru Green to be reliable. The only complaint I would have is the help should be more proactive in identifying lawn disease or problems. I had a fungus or blight for 2 years and finally had to ask to have it identified.
It's important to leave an indication that the personnel we're on the property and what was done so that we can assured they were at the right address. The email waa fine, too.
