I like being notified when to expect services. I really believe we have had good service so far this year but we have had so little rain. This makes it difficult for me to evaluate the product but the service personnel have done a great job of covering the yard as far as I can see. It would be good if we could have the same person but know this would be difficult to schedule

You perform a good service on a regular basis. I would suggest that someone should review my yard on a regular basis and recommend any issues that need to be addressed and recommended actions. The service tech comes and performs the services but don’t receive any feedback.

The grass looked amazing was really lush then we had a couple of really hot weeks and no rain and now it is brown but hopefully if we get rain it will come back
