I would highly recommend your mosquito shield and Tru Defense to anyone in the area. It was perfect. The technician explained what they were doing and made sure our questions were answered. Our lawn is chigger free. However, if we go into other lawns to visit neighbors we get bitten up. We highly recommend this service.

I am pleased so far, but I have some family members who had a bad experience with TrueGreen. I am hoping the issues they had, have been taken care of because it sounded more like a personnel problem rather than a treatment issue. So far, I am seeing the results that the specialist said would occur. The specialist knew the grasses and weeds in my yard and explained how some would die from the treatment and others would die as the temperature increasing. I am excited about getting my yard back in shape, which will make it easy to take care of when mowing and making the yard look nice

I was most impressed with Jalen Hewitt today. I didn't even know he was at our home until I came in the front door and saw his service summary hanging on the door. One thing I would like is the schedule of service for the entire year if that is possible so I can expect what is coming for the entire year.
