Danial Jacobs was our tech on the first visit. We walked around the yard and I showed him my concern areas. He was very thorough in explaining how the areas will be treated, what i should do after the treatment, recommendations and how to improve my yard over the next year.
He was extremely professional and knowledgeable.
Before he left, he ensured I was familiar with the door hanger and the information on them. He explained how the future services would be performed and made sure I didn't have any more questions.
He was the epitome of what you want in a service tech - professional, personal, knowledgeable
