I can get in touch with someone easily and Rodrigo R is excellent as the specialist that treats my Lawn. I was home when he came to do recent treatment and listened to my pointing out certain weeds and to trying to get more grass to grown in area of my backyard which was almost solid weeds. He offered helpful advice and I am also starting to see some bermuda start to grow in that area which I was never able to get from previous Lawn Service company.

Noah Pollard did a good job today. In addition to the pre-determined application he also addressed an are of nutsedge that I pointed out to him.

You do a good job on my yard at 210 Cedar Hill Cove. The half of 200 Cedar Hill Cove next to me that I own still needs improvement.

We use the tree and shrub service, our tech is Awais Q. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge with me whenever I have questions. He tells me all of the pertinent information on his service and the products he uses. He identifies problem areas and explains the causes and cures. He also offers practices I can do to keep our trees healthy and beautiful. Thank you.

I want to commend Frederick Sanders, the technician who came out today to service my lawn. He was extremely helpful and was able to answer any questions that I had. It makes a difference to me that the person is able to give me an understanding to any questions that I present to him with kindness and knowledge. Thank you Frederick!!! A+++ for a job well done!!

Awais Qadri makes me feel like I am the only TruGreen customer. He does not rush through the appointment. He explains everything he is going to do that day and why he is doing it. Not only is it helpful but it also shows he is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his work. The bottom line is our trees and shrubs are healthier and more resilient to pests and extreme weather.

Mr. Quinton Taylor provided us excellent service today on our lawn.

I have seen consistent better service for the last few months. Specially James G who performed our lawn service on 7/19/23. He was really good at identifying the lawn condition and the remedy treatment for some of the weeds. He explained to me on what he is doing and how we should follow up afterwards if the weeds still exist. I appreciate the service and we are already seeing the improvement on the ground.
