I would like to say that tech 79703 Richard Rodriguez does an excellent job,I feel he is concerned about how well my lawn is doing.He does not appear to be in a hurry,though I know he has lots of calls.I also like that he TEXTS me to let me know his arrival time.I wish ALL techs did that!
I like the notice you receive the day before that service will be the next door. The specialist will ring the bell to let you know they have arrived. I like the e-mail notices as well.
