I just wanted to give feedback on the specialist that came to my house. His name is Donovan Rodriguez. I had originally contacted TruGreen because my lawn in the front after 6 months wasn't looking like I thought it should. Donovan came out and took a look at it. I wasn't here when he came, but he took the time to call me later that day and explain everything to me about what he did for my lawn and what I should do to help it. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. I learned more from him about grass and seed then I ever have. I was able to explain everything he told me to my husband. Thank-you Donovan for taking the time to call me and inform me about everything about my lawn. Great customer service!
I only gave the 9 because I still don't feel like my lawn in the front looks like it should after 6 months of service, and the cost, but TruGreen is working with us in trying to get it to look better. We will see what the next 5 months will show. Thank-you!
