Well first, we have had TrueGreen since we moved into our house in March 1993! Yep, we have used your service for 27 years and we still love it! It's always nice when the service person knocks on the door to say HI and to advice us what they will be doing, not just showing up and leaving. Very professional and friendly. Our lawn look great and we really appreciate the work that you do.
Very likely. However I called and cancelled service until I notice the true green looking a little wilted but found you still came a week or two ago. I cancelled just to keep cost down to afford future service from you.

I also get notification of a service so I can be prepared for the service man. I do have one comment that I will make here and that is about the over seeding. I am not sure that is beneficial to me as I have not been able to determine that the seed has germinated in general. I have a bare spot in the backyard and I did just check and I can see some new plants there. I think my lawn is too thick for the seed in general to get to the ground to germinate.
The two people I have spoken with (Kevin and Don) have been wonderful to work with.
Anthony was out today to service my lawn. Although I didn't meet him, I'm sure he did a terrific job. I appreciated all the notes he left me on what he did today.

I was pleased with Specialist Danny Robles. He knew what to look for where the grass looked dead. There are grubs in the dirt. He applied stuff to kill the grubs. He knew what he was doing. He also showed me pictures of the bugs and talked with me.
I would appreciate specialist Danny Robles as my specialists to work on my yard when needed. He is very knowledgable.

I love the personal service that Donovan gave me on Wed. He went out of his way to accommodate me and to come back and do the scheduled service even though it was my mistake that inconvenienced him. He's the best! He deserves 10 stars!
