It's worry-free. You keep track of everything. Notifications of services are given and if the customer needs to reschedule a service, it's hassle-free. The technicians are friendly and helpful. Some of the technicians will notify/discuss problems they see with the lawn while at my home such as overwatering. I have had some technicians that have shown me watering techniques for the lawn and setting the timer. It's unfortunate that you don't provide a sprinkler service with a maintenance program. I'm sure many people would jump onboard for that! I being one. Before signing up with TruGreen, our yard was a mess! Any of our neighbors would testify to that. We've been customers of TruGreen for quite some time and our lawn is beautiful! We have received compliments from neighbors and even delivery drivers. Thank you TruGreen. Glad I found you.
