Lawn was serviced today and I sure missed Ed Brisco. My lawn was treated today by Richard Sanchez and I could have done the job much better myself. Richard applied a dry fertilizer and using a spreader and covered my driveway and walkways with pellets of fertilizer and didn't blow or sweep it off when finished. Hopefully he covered my lawn sufficiently with product. I chose Trugreen for the service and relive me of caring and treating my lawn and shrubs not to clean up after your technicians. I know good help is hard to find these day but I appreciative it if your technician would blow of the walkways when done. Richard also needs a new printer his receipt had a few blank spots on the receipt of service, hard to make out what was applied.

We've had the service over a year. Our lawn was not healthy and brown area's, now its thick and green. We are very happy with our service and the technicians are all very professional and available for questions or suggestions.
service ok other than when your servicemen are here, and the owner is there watching them they don't communicate they do not inform what they are attempting to accomplish the day they are here, nor do they offer suggestions as to how to help keep the grass green as possible. Or suggest other services.

My lawn is definitely weed free. It grows fast and is healthy for the most part. It doesn’t Seem to be as green as it normally is and I haven’t really cut back on watering.

Just wanted to say thank you to Robert S from Branch 5725 for making an extra trip out to look at my lawn to get his opinion regarding a very large dry spot. After determining the likely cause may have been neighborly sabotage, Robert suggested a few ides to restore the area, including ensuring that no gasoline or other residually smelling chemicals were involved, that would require digging out the ground before restoring the area.
My primary Technician is Gino #5725. He is great; his communication is spot on. We have a Iron gate and a large dog and require coordination of schedules in order to facilitate service appointments. Gino has respected that and communicates well on service days so that we can better plan schedules as we also have children to transport to/from school/practice/etc. He is also takes time to answer out questions and explain how we can better care for the lawn.
With the assistance of TruGreen and Gino our lawn was revived - well, as much as the CA drought will allow. Thanks guys.

I like the fertilizer/weed control service every 3-4 months,I like setting up my own schedjke though! I've done aeration/overseed, mosquito control and shrub service also.
