I have met many good people in my life. The reason why I like TruGreens services is because of one thing/person. Edward Brisco I met him servicing a house on our street. From the moment I met him I knew this is the man and the way he represents your Company, this is the Lawn care Company I would like to have help me take care of our lawn.
Edward is Very Business Professional,great personality,caring,and solid work ethic. Edward helps educate me and gives me awareness of the services which are provided. He explains the benefits and features. At the time I met him and TruGreen I just received a letter from our HOA Board explaining a violation having bare spots in my lawn. Professional technicians. Thorough service.

It's made my nasty lawn look a whole lot better. But the total package I am getting is much too expensive so I have to cut back to just fertilizing after this season is over.

Edward Brisco serviced my front lawn today on invoice #WPhone number removed1. He neglected to give me advance notice of his visit today, and he found the gate to my back yard lawn locked. As such, I received only half of my usual great service.

His service was followed 2 hours later by my gardener doing his weekly mowing and the usual afternoon watering. Both of these actions are contraindicated after your service routine.

Could you reach out to him Riverside Branch #5725 and ask him to reschedule with me? Also asked that branch manager to change my name to "Name removed" instead of "First name removed MARTIN"? I've called twice for this correction with no action.

My grass is green.

Gino is awesome! He is very knowledgeable and identified weeds in my lawn, sprayed and took care of them. Other techs seemed to have missed them?

He also had advice on an issue in my front yard ground cover.

It's easy to communicate with your friendly staff. I receive reminder texts/calls to let me know when they are coming for a treatment to my lawn! With the proper amount of water, fertilizer and weed control, my lawn hasn't looked better!

Brian Banner is outstanding communicator and even makes visits if we have questions with our first experience with Trugreen. When a service is new one likes to be well informed and fully understand all the applications and process. Brian is exraordinary and ever so courteous and attentive!
