We have been using TruGreen for about 15 years and our trees and bushes seem to do much better than those of our neighbors who don't. I like getting the calls ahead of time to let me know when someone is coming and also leaving the notice of services performed even if I am not home during the service.
I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Last year, due to the loss of my business due to the pandemic, I only had tree and shrub and inset control. This year I am back to all three services.
For the first time, my tree and shrub was dded in granules rather than liquid injected into the soil itself. Although I have watered it, the granules are still on top of the soil. My tress and shrubs have been in the ground for many, many years and need all the fertilizer they can get. A few years ago, when I had your service, I lost 3 very big shrubs. I do not want this to happen again.
Can you explain why you made the change and if you can do the regular service, rather than what was performed?

usually good application (one of your better people injects the fert. with a "grow baby grow" statement. Gives good quantity. Can't say that for the last two applications.

The weed service is great because most of the time the weeds get killed off. In my area the HOA fines you for weeds. The service sure beats getting down and digging up the weeds.

This service is great as long as you dont get a lazy employee. It took many calls to finally resolve my non treated area's.
Depends on the attending technician, but this last one was superb! Did a thorough job in the areas of my property that concern me most, without having to request special attention (in the past, others have not done a good job at all-they thought I wasn't home watching!)
I like that t takes the burden of weed control off my shoulders, being a senior citizen and not as mobile as when I was younger. Most of the service people follow the instructions that I have asked. The reason for only 9 is that one of the service people did not follow my instructions and damaged/killed some bushes and plants.

I see positive results whenever I have a service. Before Trugreen, I had trouble maintaining my lawn and was considering taking the grass out entirely. I also had problems with weeds springing up in the rock landscaping, which are handled during the treatments.
We are informed when the employee will service our property. He leaves a notice on the front door about the sprays he used. He also leaves a small yard sign that the work had been done.
They come they do their job and we have no weeds on our property. What's not to like.
