What I Don't Like About Your Service... I Have 3 Houses That You Service. I Send In Money For Payment & You Take My Payment & Put It On The Wrong House & They Are Ahead On Payments & My House Is Behind In Payments & You Drop Me As A Customer & Don't Tell Me That I Have Been Dropped. I Asked For A Receipt & NEVER Get One, So I Never Know What Has Or Has Not Been Paid... 1/2 The Time They Don't Go In My Back Yard & Spray. My Gate Is Never Locked. The Reason I Know The Don't Go In My Back Yard Is I Duct Tape The Back Side Of My Gate & The Seal Of Tape Is Not Broken. When I Went On Easy Pay I Asked For A Monthly Statement & Have NEVER Got One...

Everything you do has helped our yard look it's best. You give notice the day before the treatments allowing me to make sure our dogs are inside and stay inside as necessary. The prices are very reasonable and the technicians work quickly which causes minimum distraction.
You alert us when you are coming and we don't have to be home.
They are scheduled.. Only request I have is a note on the invoice that indicates when I should water after the services are done.
