Timely arrival of technician & thorough
I like that they give you fair warning when they are coming and you can change the date if need be. But usually there is no reason for you to be home. They always leave notification of what they have done while at one's address. I have a yearly contract with them for various services such as spraying against unseen bugs and things that are bad for the trees, spraying my olive tree so olives stop messing up my driveway, just plain fertilizing for health of trees and they include my bushes that are like trees at times.
