I received a notification of service on 3/24. I wasn't told what time frame someone would be coming so my gates were locked. Leah Belgar (Branch 5111 Columbus West) showed up and i wasn't home to make sure my gates where unlocked. I spoke to her through my door camera and she offered to come back later in the day if I was going to be home. She left her number so I could text her and she responded very quickly and gave me an estimate of when she could return and if it was still okay with me. She proceeded to keep me in the loop of her time and did return and performed the service that was needed.
I believe she went above and beyond of giving me customer service which has restored my trust with this company.
I would like to also strongly request that she would be my service person for my yard for one she gave great customer service and two having the same tech is better. You can build a relationship that way.

I think you guys killed one of my trees from last falls tree and shrub service.
Based on my last experience with TruGreen I would highly recommend them. I have had some trust issues with TruGreen before and they were always resolved after some phone calls and text. The service technician that last visited my property was very professional and though in the application of the treatment. If every application goes this well I would have no choice but to recommend TruGreen.
I would like Leah Beigar to service my lawn from now on. She is courteous and professional. I rate her performance at 10

Over several years TruGreen has done an excellent job servicing my lawn, trees, and shrubs. While at times I know that staffing has been a challenge (as is the case with all businesses), TruGreen has tried hard to employ good staff. Yes, there have been some "bumps" at times, but overall TruGreen has corrected the issues. Today's treatment was a tree & shrub fertilization. Zardaija was my specialist. She is a very friendly and personable person who cares about the customer and her work habits. She is very eager to learn and has done a great job of doing so since joining the company last year. She remembered certain things about my trees from last year and asked appropriate questions to make sure she handled certain trees/plantings properly. She was very thorough in her work and does a great job. Hopefully she will remain assigned to my property this year as she is a pleasure to deal with and someone I can trust to care for my trees and shrubs. Thank you Zardaija for an excellent job today! Keep up the great work!
Service was very good. The tech arrived when expected and did a beautiful job. I appreciate the care they took in doing it.
It saves me the trouble of servicing my own lawn and purchasing the products. I also like that if there are any issues someone will come back to deal with them.

For the 2023 season, I have had only one visit. So far so good....
Several years ago, I cancelled this service because I specifically asked NOT to be put on an autorenewal program. You renewed it anyway.
Last year I specified the same renewal condition as mentioned above but....it was renewed again automatically!
Because you did such a good job on my lawn last year, I will go along with this year's renewal but make a note in my file to contact me before next year's automatic renewal.

The person who comes here is always careful and polite. However, your office does not call to let me know when they are coming in advance so we can get yard furniture out of his way.

Courteous services, for the most part; some ability to negotiate prices (I am an 83 year old senior who needs to watch my budget).
