Overall TruGreen has done a very good job with my lawn and trees/shrubs. Lawn is looking good and neighbors walking by often ask what is being done with it, and I tell them I use TruGreen. Overall my trees and shrubs are doing well - there are a couple items that potentially need more care. Mohamed E. serviced my trees today and did a very good job. He was personable, professional and a good communicator. My only recommendation for him was to make sure all sides of trees/shrubs are treated. For example, I have Dwarf Alberta Spruces that often get mites, and I needed to ask Mohamed to treat behind those shrubs. He willing did such, but needs to make sure this is common practice.
I like the notification system, although it appears to be erratic at times, or sending "We're on our way" much sooner than should be. That message used to go out as the tech was truly on his way to my property. The biggest concern is with having consistent techs servicing my property. I definitely know that finding and retaining good staff is extremely hard these days, and there are some who have remained around. Somehow have to figure out how to retain the good ones. The other issue is with the scheduling system. Perhaps a bit better this year, but still continues to schedule and then the schedule is removed and pushed out, often past the appropriate treatment timing windows.
