When we felt we needed the aeration service to be repeated, they quickly arranged a second no charge service and it was done to our satisfaction. The staff doing the service was respectful of our concern. So we will continue the Truegreen service in the future as we have done so in the past several years.
Reliable and friendly
Paul D. did a fantastic job aerating my lawn today. He was very thorough and made sure reasonable size plugs were being extracted. Paul is very personable and friendly and excellent in speaking to the customer. Very nice skillset to have in addition to caring for the customer’s property. This has been a very challenging year with TruGreen, primarily due to their scheduling system causing treatments to not occur during time periods when they should, so often not receiving lawn and tree treatments at the proper time intervals. I have been with TruGreen for a number of years now, and the scheduling system has been a problem for years, but this year appeared to be even worse. Also, it has been a difficult year for any company to attract and retain great staff, and it is great to have Paul D. with TruGreen and doing a fantastic job for them. I must be honest and say that the challenges this year have caused me to seriously consider looking elsewhere, but great staff like Paul help persuade me to continue with TruGreen. Thank you very much Paul!!!

Wow! It was great to see Shawn Wears back locally today. He is very customer focused, yet I know also cares deeply about TruGreen. So a great balance. To be honest, this year has been extremely frustrating due to scheduling and qualified staffing issues. The staffing issues are a problem in many companies, so a challenge. However, I struggle understanding how TruGreen has gone several years now with a sub-par scheduling system. I've had to call multiple times due to the scheduling system continuing to push dates out. It's now been over 9 weeks since my last lawn care service. And I still have 2 remaining! Was supposed to happen today, and for some reason at the last minute the tech cancelled it. I called to get it rescheduled later this week. At that point I was pretty much ready to call it quits with TruGreen with so many issues this year. Fortunately for TruGreen, I was also scheduled for tree/shrub service today (which again, I had to call to get it scheduled as it kept slipping as well). And was I surprised when Shawn Wears showed up as I didn't know he was back in town. I had Shawn servicing my trees for years, and then as manager in local office. But then he moved away - ouch for the local office! But was overjoyed to see him back and showing up to my property today for my tree treatment. He did a fantastic job, was very thorough and knows how to deal with customers. So, 2 things to learn from this... TruGreen needs to focus on getting their scheduling system fixed (really fixed, not just someone saying it now works). And secondly, get folks into the management roles that truly understand the business and what it takes to retain customers from the actual service perspective. If you don't treat the customers properly, service their property in a timely and consistent manner, then you're going to lose more and more of them. Including those such as myself who have been with you for years (and Scott's Lawn and Tree service prior). Thanks again Shawn for being there for the customer, in a respectful and caring manner, and I sure hope you'll be used by TruGreen for the benefit of all. That is a win-win situation - both for TruGreen and the customer.
My lawn has been nice for many years now. And at yearly renewal time, service rep is willing to work with me. But, this last time my yard was treated (just last week), a yard posting sign was not left nor a note on my door.

David Fox always provides extremely valuable advice based upon his vast experience and knowledge. Does his job professionally and quickly. We have always respected and valued any advice from him and his efforts on our trees and in the past, our grass, has resulted in a beautiful low maintenance yard that thrives even during long dry season.

The service is always good, even if it is a call back. My comments are in regards to your service specialist, Michael Holland, however. When he came yesterday he was so friendly and gave me some good information about the thistle weeds he was going to treat. You need to put a gold star next to his name😊.

They do a great job caring for our turf. They notify me when they are coming out to do an application, text me when they are on site and send me their findings and what was done plus our turf looks fantastic.
