In the past the service was great at killing weeds and making the grass very green and thick. Right now I'm not real sure. We have some weeds and the grass isn't as green as it was last year. I'm just giving or some time to see.
Service has been good, just not sure about the product yet this year.
The service allows me to enjoy our yard and not be worried about the timing of applications and the time to apply those applications.

My lawn has greatly improved since starting trugreen. The Tech who came out on June 22 was very good about spraying the weeds. On the last application in May, the tech used a riding spreader and I noticed lot of weeds where missed.
The lady that is taking care of my shrubs, especially the magnolia bush in the front yard is doing an excellent job!! Last year we had a white mold like substance on most of the leaves and this year it looks healthy and green!! Kudos t her and I think her name is ?Pat?

Our yard is beginning to look more like a lawn, the grass is growing and becoming thicker. We are making headway on the persistent weeds in the lawn. The gentleman that provides service on our lawn is courteous and is doing a great job.
The last two lawn services and the last tree and shrub service the yard was flagged, but no invoice has been left. Are you doing away with invoices? The reason i ask if they forget to flag the property and don't leave a invoice i can only assume no one treated the property.

My most favorite thing is my true green grass. This is just the beginning of my 3rd year and it's all beautiful grass. When I cut it high it looks like green hair. You have to remember, when TruGreen started treating my yard, it was a clover field. I couldn't see the grass for the weeds. I was upset that my best friend had real grass and I had weeds. So it was definitely TruGreen time and now her lawn doesn't compare to mine (she treats it herself). Cost-wise, I can't treat my yard for the annual cost of TruGreen considering the number and diversity of treatments. I just got a grub treatment this week. How would I have even known that I needed grub protection? Ha ha! Why my yard looks so good that neighbors walking by often tell me so.

So far things are going according to my expectation considering the condition of the grass when you restarted working on my lawn. Mostly because some drought we had. Even though there is still some weeds in the areas adjacent to a next door neighbor, our grass is looking better. So far so good, thanks!

Communication is good. I receive an automated call day prior to service. Technician on service call knocked at my door because my dogs were in the back yard (so was I but out of sight).
