I haven't had a problem yet! My lawns look great and very rarely do I ever even see a weed in them. Service is very quick and professional. Scott Bruning is on the ball and typically has a reply back to me in no time whenever I have a question.
Ease of working with TG and their advise when confronted with problem that need attention. Also, appreciate their taking responsibility for issues when needed. I do wish they would be more informative about just what is happening with any given application, in other words, what chemical, when it's used and why it was used, what can be expected with this application.

Good morning, I am a TruGreen customer and appreciate your services and professionalism. I want to thank the tree and shrub service as this has been the most value added service we have purchased and see really great results. What we need help with is the weed control service that does a good job but has missed the one side of our home on the drive way. We would appreciate some additional service in this area to target the weeds. Thank you and look forward to the feedback.

So far the overall results are an improvement, I hope they continue to improve. Still have large bare spots in back yard. But if they are addressed this fall I will be pleased.

Trugreen first calls me that have an appointment with my yard second they show up on the day told to me. They do a great job.
I am very pleased with the lawn service Tylon Preston has done for me the last 3 times. He is friendly and personable and knowledgeable. He told me that I might be mowing my lawn in too short of intervals. In the season weare in he said it is best to allow 2 weeks between mowing to allow the grass to grow and good roots. In my opinion Tylon Is a very good asset to the True Green company. I would like to request him to be my regular tech. Thank you. Name removed
