My yard is the best looking in my neighborhood!! Trugreen calls to let you know when they are coming, and show up at that time, weather permitting. I use the lawn service, tree and shrub service, and the mosquito treatment. My yard not only looks good, it is comfortable to spend time outside!!

It seems to work better than the others that I have tried. I like the warning phones calls telling me that your on the way.

I like being notified by phone a day or two before service is being provided.
I like having my specialist (Tailor Mack) leaving detailed notes on how my lawn is doing and what I should do between treatments to help my lawn.

We are notified of services scheduled when completed of what is done and how much payment is due. Recommendations for additional service lawn may need are helpful even if we choose not to take advantage of it at time of suggestion. Have no problem in recommending Trugreen service to others.

Have had TruGreen for many years now and I appreciate how they strive for complete satisfaction. At times I've had to request a re-application for weeds and TruGreen has always complied. Additionally, I've found their specialists to be very good at what they do. Today, for example, Mr. Mack Tailor serviced my lawn and did a great/thorough job. He was friendly yet professional, polite, and answered my questions. Excellent technician.

They arrived on time and completed the service. That has not been the case in previous years.

I will know better if they were able to stop the dandelions around the edges!....need some time!

When we had an issue with our previous treatment and technician, you promptly replied with a phone call and then scheduled a free treatment for June 7.

The technician today, Tailor Mack was very thorough. He called ahead and spoke to me when he arrived. Tailor is clearly tries to do a great job. We had several areas with lots of weeds that were missed the last time and Tailor did a great job treating them and all of the yard. He closed and latched the gate when he left and left the treatment details on the front door. Tailor Mack deserves this positive recognition, and we hope he can return to our home for future treatments.

In addition, we appreciate TruGreen for the reply to the previous issue, in the form of a phone call/message and free treatment today.

The workers who come out and spray.

We have a beautiful lawn now. We've also asked the last 2 specialists that treated our lawn to be careful about pulling hoses through our aluminum ornamental fencing. They have been receptive to our request and as long as you call us the day before, we will make sure we have both gates wide open so our fencing won't get bent. Tailor Mack did our last service and was thorough. Thank you.
