We like the advanced notification (a phone call) of an upcoming service and what specifically the service is. The person providing the application is usually fast/efficient and courteous. If I have any questions, they are always ready to discuss what is going on. Finally, the applications for the lawn and shrubs/trees do exactly what we need them to do.

The service tech. was amazing, polite and very easy to talk to! My neighbors have had their lawn treated for years and we are beginers. We have a lot of dandelions in our yard after the first treatment. I thought this was expected since we have had only one treatment but our neighbor stated even after one treatment we shouldn't be seeing any dandelions. Could we have someone come out and look into this?

Well, Michael Hazelwood came to the door and introduced him self to my wife and said what he was going to do to the lawn, We have had a different person doing our lawn the last two years. I hope Michael can keep treating our lawn He covered all the areas he was suppose to cause when we have a different person every time treating our lawn they don't know where to spray if we are not home. We would like consistency. Is it possible to have Derrick Barret service our lawn for all future treatments? He listened to our concerns and did a fine job today. It was brought to his attention that our last application we weren't sure the grass was treated between the walking path behind our house and the street. We also noticed our new aluminum fence had a bend in it to the left side of the gate. It could have been done from someone who treated it last time pulling the long hoses to hard trying to cover our lot. As explained to Derrick today, for all future visits we will have our gates secured in an open position so this should not be an issue in the future. We would like to have him for our remaining treatments. Thank you.

The yard was treated and while the front yard looks exceptional the backyard is lacking.
Lots of chickweed and other "weed type" looking plants. Backyard could use some, maybe a lot of attention.
