I appreciate the heads up via text/email that you will be visiting the following day. The service tech is always courteous and efficient. When I had a problem with a stubborn weed patch, extra service was provided to solve the problem.

I like the text notification about when Trugreen is coming and when they have finished the lawn service. They keep my fence gates closed upon leaving. My lawn looks good. Please just keep the costs down.
Richard sprayed our trees and shrubs today . He always does an excellent job and is respectful to us. We advised him about no representative showing up yesterday to Aerate our lawn.
Even though we talked to several telephone representatives, and were told that someone would show up--nobody did! At first we were told that there were workers in our yard and your person could not aerate! As it turned out, he had the address wrong. Telephone rep advised that she would write a note to him and he would be right out. He never showed. When we called again after 3 pm, the second telephone rep saw no notes regarding this matter but that it was still open so service should be at our home later. She also said that there were no notes written about our first call. Nobody showed up. We told Richard about this and he went out of his way to let us know that he will contact a supervisor and get this situatuon settled. Richard has serviced our lawn and trees for many years. He is excellent and very considerate. We are definitely not pleased and have been very disappointed with TruGreen throughout this entire season.

When we moved in our lawn was full of weeds, but now it's weed free! We love being able to pay for the year's services ahead and get free aeration to boot.
The lawn looks great, which is expected, but what is exceptional is the technician and his commitment to great customer service. I could not be more pleased. I'm not sure of his full name, but first name is Brian. I talk to him at times when I'm home during treatment, and he's cordial, respectful, and informative.
Always work hard and my lawn looks very good.

This summer my lawn is not looking as good as in the past. I am seeing more weeds in the front and back yard.
Most of the time they do a good job. Lawn looks good for the most part. This year in particular I have had more weeds than normal along the fence and patio.
