Timeliness of the service and results of the treatments.
Due to Covid19 and social distancing, I was able to have just a brief conversation with my service3 man, King Westmoreland, of branch 5797 - Columbus North, OH. But even with the brief conversation I was pleased that he seemed to know what he was doing and he left a detailed summary in my door before he left. I appreciated his efforts and understand that it will be a while before I see results in my yard and he plans for servicing my situation. I look forward to a meaningful customer relationship with him and TrueGreen in the future.

Thomas approaches servicing as if the trees and shrubs were his own - I am very particular and love my bushes and trees - appreciating his knowledge and skills of his work.
My lawn service tech, Dave Fox, has been doing my yard for several years. He approaches servicing as if the yard were his own. I look forward to seeing him - we walk through the yard and Dave tells me the names of weeds and how he is going to treat...this is the way service should be.

At our request, Dave Fox from TruGreen serviced an area of our property located at 4591 Lanercost Way, Upper Arlington, Ohio 43220 on April 20th (Monday). He was very polite, helpful and thoroughly explained the special service that was needed. Dave was extra courteous and very professional. We are very thankful for his quick response and his work performance. We are benefited by having Dave keeping a watch on our lawn!!!
Desiree provided complete and professional service in a very pleasant and informative manner. She identified the cause of one part of a trifold trunk splitting and break off during a recent storm and recommended tree and shrub service for a fugus or insect infestation. Similarly, she advised me on other issues related to ant infestation. She represented your company expertly.
The lawn care representative came and quietly sprayed the lawn and from what I could see he did a thorough job. The dandelions have no life--good job! The only suggestion here is that about two days before he arrived, a TruGreen sign was in the yard with all the dandelions in full bloom; not a good look or marketing practice. The scene was a turnoff for anyone looking for lawncare service.
Only negative is that after my initial contact with Seth, many others called (at least eight different persons called representing TruGreen). The first wanted to verify my payment info--that is when I surmised they may be a scam or a competing TruGreen company. I suggest you investigate. I have saved some of their message on my voice mail.

I'm using another local service for my lawn but decided to keep the Tree and Shrub service from Tru Green. The first application this week went well. I was impressed with Robin Rankins and Dontae Neal with their service and friendly attitude.
Shawn Yaktin was responsible for keeping me on the Tree and Shrub program. He respected my decision giving a local guy a chance for my lawn care and he did a good job on explaining why I should keep Tru Green caring for my trees.
