We are very pleased with Sean Pottle. He's doing a great job with our lawn. But I' like to get a phone message from him prior to his arrival as to exactly what he will be doing that day. Therefore, I can plan to be there during his service. I may have questions for him at the time. He explains what he's doing, and why. I want to know these things! I'm glad he announces his departure at the end of service - ringing the doorbell! In this way, I can then obtain the receipts and specifics of what was done directly from him - not hanging on the doorknob. I appreciate the personal interaction with the tech. Thanks again, Jean! The people who come out to perform the service knock on my front door, as requested, so that I can talk with them. I learn about the application that will be made and learn about anything that I should be doing to improve my lawn and landscape. My lawn is one of the best in the neighborhood and I have to do little to accomplish that because of the work done by TruGreen.

Always prompt and offer ability to change schedule commensurate with customer. If there is something that does not satisfy customer you will allow for a retreatment at no charge.
Sean Pottle is very dependable & helpful in keeping my lawn in good condition. He goes above and beyond my expectations to provide excellent service.
Consistent and observable
There are a couple of things I like: one is that I can get a quick response when I call and another is that they stand behind their work. For example, they called to remind me they were coming to do the trees and shrubs, it was time. I asked to cancel that service for this year as we are in the middle of renovating things in the yard. There were no questions asked, they just deleted that service. Last year they had to come back two times for a mid-way treatment for mosquitoes. They came in a very timely fashion, just as they said they would. They call ahead to remind you they will be there on certain day to treat, and they are there!!!
So far, I guess you could say I am extremely pleased with their services.
