I'm having great difficultly paying for the tree service. When I call in, I hear a lot of words
that I can not understand. Life is really hard when an old man gets confused.
Yesterday (7/09/2020) I called in twice and after a brief conversation each time, the the connection was lost. I had intended to give your rep a call back number, but forgot to do so.
It seems to me that somewhere in the Trugreen office someone could find my phone number
and call me back.
I realize that during this health crisis Customer Service is stretched to the limits.
Now is the time for extra effort in customer service. The lawn and tree service is outstanding,

The guys that work for you are good however, this year I did not receive a new contract ahead of time I had to call your offices about the neighborhood services we receive and for the 2nd Spring application, if I was not at home when the guy came my yard would have been untreated. He had notes from about 4 - 5 years ago where my address was not supposed to be treated, which was incorrect, this was changed a few years back to include my yard and prior to this year the service person knew this but somehow he was given old records, he was extremely nice and treated my lawn and I told him I was going to call customer service but I haven't had the time to call to get this straightened out. Usually after the lawns are treated someone calls me to make sure we are satisfied and this year had been different no one has called. I'm not sure if the management has changed but I've had several issues so far this season. In addition to this, I pay for additional services for my lawn and no one came out so I called to setup the service and no one came last Friday, June 5th and the next thing I know I received an email with a bill, I called customer service to let them know my lawn was not treated and they took my information and said someone would call me back and 3 days later I still haven't had a call. Up until this year I have never had any problems but so far I'm not pleased with the customer service, the service guy who treated the lawns was superb, i think his name was Eric. I'm not sure if you're changed your management but this year has been nothing but problems.
I really like Kody Lane as the guy who treats our lawn. He always calls before he comes out to let me know approx. when he will be here so I can put the dog inside. Several of the other techs just couldn't "grasp" that request. But Kody does. He's friendly and does a good job. He's an asset to TruGreen!

Mobile website sucks for my samsung s9. I cant view the button to pay my 54 dollar bill. The only button that shows it to pay the entire year. Hope you fix this. Otherwise all else is good.
