Service is always great. However, this time it was exceptional. The service technician came to apply fertilizer in the morning, but I told him that they would be cutting grass shortly. Last year (2016) I was going to drop your service because of very shoddy service. I am retired and usually here when the specialist comes. That year on 3 different occasions I was sent a bill for services never done because I was home at the time the specialist was suppose to have been here. I already had my mind made up that that was going to be my last year. I would no longer use trugreen as my lawn service. Then on the last couple of visits I got a new specialist by the name of Carlos Scroggins. That man is a saint. He does what he is suppose to do. He is very friendly. He does not cut corners because he is running late for the next job. The only reason that I am still with your company is because of Carlos. If he ever quit or was no longer my specialist I would probably find another lawn service. His service that he performs is what is suppose to be done.

Overall Trugreen does a decent job on our lawn, however pesky weeds are an issue. We have had to call for additional weeds to be killed.
Since we switched to TruGreen, we have had zero issues with dandelions, clover, crabgrass, or any other weeds in our yard. We have a beautiful yard, which I could not say when I was trying to treat it myself!
