Good about announcing their coming in advance weather permitting and about announcing the need to reschedule when the weather isn't permitting. It affords a better opportunity to let the representative know of any concerns, problems, clarifications, etc. Good service always includes an intentional good assessment and management of the customer's expectations.
Let me say first, I believe that a true picture of a company is in the personnel that represent them. In all my years of interacting with companies, federal, state and local I can truthfully state that you have exceptional personel in all facets of your company that I have come in contract with. This includes face to face and electronically (phone and email). Starting with the initial contract and contact Todd Nugent. He showed great patience and understanding going through all new phases of lawn, shrubs and trees, rock beds contracts. He was followed up by Michael Johnson who really had to go some to better serve us but he has surpassed our expections ever more. He has made repeated trips to update us on various lawn, shrubs and tree applications and is always striving to provide that extra confidence that you are providing the best of everything and it is reflected in how our HOA appearance has improved. He is always prompt in answering emails, texts and nevers sounds impatient with me on the many, many times I call during the year. I am always reaching out to him seeking information on upcoming scheduling to inform my homeowners of what is required of them after applications (Pets & Kids). Needless to say, that I have provided feedback on all your technicians after their services and they are the best, being professional, courteous, friendly, uniformed in all weather conditions (hot & cold) and in any of my instances of homeowner contact have never had a complaint. Your work will only be as good as the personnel you employ and right now you have the best.

Cost effective
The communication with Robert was great, really liked actually talking to him about the service he was going to perform as we are new clients and didn't know specifically what he was going to do.
One issue though is the paper summary he printed out at the end of the treatment, only the right half of the ticket actually printed out (it looked like there were problems with the printer head maybe) so any info on the left side of the ticket was not there at all. I could send a picture of the ticket itself, or if i can access that ticket online that would be fine as well.
We are looking forward to our association with your company, and a great looking lawn this summer.

Do what you say you will. Each of the services I have for grass,trees and insect control have done the job 100%.

The yard was really bad when we bought the house, now it looks good. The real test will be if it responds next spring, I truly hope so.
The lawn care appears to be working in the bulk of my yard. The service technician is attentive and contacts me when he arrives. He is doing a great job providing full service to the customer/me! I give him a 10 for his service!
*****I have a real problem with the notification service of "Trudy" and I know this is not the technician's fault. Rarey, if ever, does the automated service alert me correctly. I get a notification AFTER the technician arrives and does his job or I get nothing at all. This has happened many times in the past two years. I have a gate in the back yard and I often have to scramble to make sure its open on the day of service because the notification for service does not occur prior to the technician coming and its clearly NOT his fault. Same day notification DOES NOT work for me, please fix this.
