If I'm outside the technician asks if I have any questions about what he's applying or anything in general.

I was happy there was a quick response to my feedback. I'm not excited about the weeds between services, but my wife spoke with the TruGreen service tech. and he mentioned the organic treatments just don't cover as well as the regular ones.
If I heard my wife correctly, she said the service tech would come out for free between scheduled treatments for weed control if we call in? If that's the case and the response time is fairly quick, I'm a satisfied customer. Thanks!
