I am new to your service, so I haven't much experience. However, I was pleased with the person I spoke with on the phone that signed me up. Sorry, I don't remember his name. I was also very pleased with Kyle Yaeger this morning. He was very friendly and offered to answer any questions I might have. I will have to reserve judgment on what the service does for my lawn until I have received more treatments and see how the lawn looks. So far, so good.

Went right to work. Did a great job as planned. Reserving a "10" for the best-of-the-best or above-and-beyond. I have no complaints. I just don't give out 10's upon request, so to speak.
