I'd like to commend my specialist Tyler Phillips on his extra effort on my most recent service (11/03/23).
I have a fenced in section of my backyard and I'm finishing some lawn renovation after an above ground pool installation. I told Tyler he didn't need to do inside the fence as I didn't want his machine inside. He said no problem as he said he had a hand-held spreader that he will walk that area and apply the fertilizer.

Very much appreciative of the extra effort and please pass this on to Tyler & his supervisor!

Julie Hoerr has been on top of getting out vegetation control applications scheduled.

We have had great results with the lawn treatments. Last year we had to cut back on a few applications because of neighborhood assessment declines. Our rep, Yolanda was very gracious and professional when we worked out the new plan. Plus she always followed up with an email after any conversations we had. Which I appreciated.
