Last year your service was excellent. This year your initial fertilization was fine, but Ive been unable to get one of your representative to vis it and discuss the scope of this year's program.
I contacted the representative from last year by telephone. Unfortunately he has been transferred to St. Louis, but said he would pass my request along. I also made my request to a regional service center, but so far, no response.
