I assume this is about tree and shrub, not lawn care...so here goes. I love that I have had the same tree guy all 12 years I've lived here: John Rice. He is courteous and professional. The only reason he got a 9 instead of a 10 is because of the time the chemicals fell from the honey locusts and burned out the grass below. I'm not so sure that was his fault, however. The reason I called and signed up for the service years ago was for bag worms that had infested my trees. He took care of them then, and they have not appeared since. I am VERY pleased with the tree and shrub service and can only hope the lawn care service catches up to it one day.

Do not have to be home. Invoiced after completion. If not happy with results come back out for another treatment - no charge. Well known in Lawn scare business & been in business for a long time, doesn’t appear to be going anywhere either. My lawn is looking great!
