I want to personally acknowledge Keith Noland 9558 for his excellent work, customer service (4/20/18) and attention to detail. He was servicing my neighbor's lawn when he saw me spraying for dandelions and other weeds. He asked "Who does your service?".... I saw the badge on his shirt and told him YOUR COMPANY. He stated why are you spraying.....that's my job!!! We had a good conversation while he was on his equipment and told me several times that I should not be treating myself but contact TruGreen for return service......Keith said several times TruGreen is a service company and if you aren't happy don't hesitate to call us back. He called the home office and inform them of the situation. After a few minutes he came over and told me he was going to take care of my lawn when he finishes my neighbor's. I appreciate TruGreen but its folks like Keith Noland that makes your organization successful. Please put Keith on my route and you will never receive a call back from me.

Cody service my lawn tor the first time today and done an outstanding job. He explained everything that he would be doing for me. Very pleasant and professional. He called me 15 minutes before he arrived and again when he was finished. Good service means a lot, but with a service provider like Cody with a great attitude and knowledge of the product, service means a whole lot more. We done
