Usually the 1st application works but if there’s still a problem a return visit is available at no cost to correct the problem.
What I do not like is no advanced notice (day before) on the visits......plus I’ve called to check when my next visit is scheduled only to find it has been changed ... my next application (#2) was originally scheduled for April 30, then changed to May 15th then to May 17th and today (May 1st) a message was left telling me they are coming tomorrow...May 2nd...???
My other property scheduled date has been changed also......
