So far I have been very pleased with our service. This is our second year and the lawn has improved tremendously. I hope to continue the service as long as it is as good as it has been and will tell others happily who takes care of it.

Our lawn is looking great this spring. The treatments have been very timely and thorough. Ryan Kelly came to the door and explained what he would do and then came back to say he was done and give us the invoice. Ryan was very familiar with our lawn and the area between our lawn and our neighbor's who also has TruGreen now.

Service was done when said it would be and I didn't have to bother with anything.

A mistake was made on 04/18/17 for our lawn service. The Tech appearantly applied lawn care chemicals on a lawn other than ours.

Our account was billed for a lawn chemical application that we did not receive on 04/18/17.

TruGreen corrected the mistake by applying lawn chemicals to our lawn today 05/02/17. As we were charged for fertilizer and preemergent application earlier we will not be billed for today's fertilizer and preemergent application.

We had two Techs visiting today and both were quite efficient about their work, polite and took time to answer our questions on lawn care.

We complemented both Techs for their service today.

My lawn specialist is Joshua Ellison. This is the second year he has treated my lawn. Josh is very concientious about doing a great job. He always takes time to walk my lawn with me and answers my questions and gives me suggestions. I feel like he is totally committed to being a partner in helping me have a beautiful lawn.
