I like that they call in advance. This helps if the yard is needing mowed I can get it mowed prior to them showing up.

The service provider seemed very knowledgable about the product he was applying, his knowledge of lawn plants, reproduction, prevention, and treatments and was able to explain all of it with me. He also gave tips to try and consider to help improve my situation. He offered aborist services and said TruGreen had an aborist to help with knowledge about trees and care. I would love for that info to be typed on the summary, so I can call if need and speak to the aborist and find out services and prices. It would be super if you also offered landscape planning so I would know where to place a fire pit due to all my trees, plants, lawn, and location issues! Do the aborist offer referrals on who removes dead trees, stumps, and does tree shaping?

The service is perform very well and I have only had one respray required in the many years I have used TruGreen. I also like the fact that the same person performs the service at my home. He is polite, dependable, and answers any questions I may have had.

I like the job that Kevin Baum is doing on our lawn. He treats under the trampoline and avoids the flower beds. He came back to re-treat an area that looked kind of scraggly, free of charge, and was very gracious about it. Kudos to his customer service: polite, kind, professional.

Your technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. They always try to explain things to me and they do a complete job.
I just recently started using TruGreen. My specialist did an awesome job on my lawn. I believe my lawn is going to need a second treatment only b/c it was way out of control when I called your company. In no way is it the technicians fault that I still have some weeds that I believe my lawn needs another treatment. My lawn looks remarkable compared to what it was. Please let me know if I need to place a call to have an expert come back out or whether you will inform a technician? Thank you and have a great day :)

I"m only giving a 10 for today!! The past couple of time have NOT been good.
Today I had a re-do and Specialist Joshua Ellison 5413 came out to treat my yard. This is the first time since being a customer that someone took the time to ask me if I had any questions.
What I appreciated so much about Joshua and his great customer service was that he was very thorough and professional. I can tell he take his job seriously and I wasn't just another "job". I was at the back of the house when he came so I didn't hear his knocking. When he was done applying the fertilizer he called me to let me know what he had done. First off, I have never received a phone call from any of the previous specialist..... I told Joshua I was home and he came to door to explain all that he did today.
I would very much appreciate if this young man could treat our yard from here on out. I'm sorry to say that the past specialists don't do what this young man did today. Above and beyond customer service is important to me and I hope to see him from here on out to service out yard.
