The man that treated our yard last had a rider and did a very good job! His name was Richard Lawrence! Unfortunately the first two treatments were by a man pulling a hose around a big yard and sections were missed (not his fault) because of the trees and size of the yard! Now I have crab grass and grubs galore! Still have weeds yet to dye and we are in the end of June!
When the yard was retreated it was spot treated and nothing was accomplished! We were going to change our service and have you do the reseeding and aerateing but are now wondering what kind of job would be done? Not sure at this time if we will keep the service!

Doug was on top of my concerns immediately! He went above and beyond. Gave me his personal contact so I can follow up in 14 days to determine if his treatment was satisfactory. Greatly appreciate his efforts.

Your manager, Doug B., was absolutely first rate! I have had two occasions to speak with him, and he has proved to be one of the best customer service reps with whom I have ever dealt. He ordered a follow up service when the weed control was spotty, then came to my house and serviced it himself when the follow up visit was sub-par. Frankly, I was ready to terminate service both times. I would say he is the only reason I did not. That kind of excellence deserves to be recognized and rewarded.

I had some issues where I was not completely satisfied with the service earlier this year.
Since talking to the manager of my area, they have went above and beyond to satisfy and exceed my expectations.

I like the fact if I had a problem, Doug quickly came over and fixed it and called me personally to explain exactly what he did and why my yard was looking like it was.

Although there seemed to be some confusion on what my contract stated concerning the application of weed kill, I was very impressed with the professionalism by those who responded to the concern. Problems arise, but the way in which they are addressed speak volumes to a company. Well done on that front.
