I am giving TruGreen a 10 because of the tech, Cole, who was very helpful and courteous. If I was rating the documentation I would give a 1 because my online documents did not reflect that the crab grass and broad leaf weed treatment was applied on the first visit so I called for a re-service. The re-service documentation again did not show that it was applied so I called again. Fortunately I was able to meet with Cole when he arrived and he said the crab grass and broad leaf was applied both times.

We also discussed a complaint on the service ticket that he had sprayed the house
- NOT TRUE, I did NOT lodge a complaint regarding Cole's visits. That was a complaint from several years ago. I called to discuss the documentation issues and erroneous complaint to make sure the complaint was purged from Cole's record.

Thanks to Cole, I feel the lawn service is on track.

I am getting too old to do all this work myself, so you do what is needed at the right times.

We want to rate our last service guy Albert Kubilus with a 10. He came out to do a (redo) from first application.
He did an excellent job and wanted to let you know. The first guy was not very good. We were unsatisfied with his performance and would like to continue service with Albert if possible. We would appreciate if the previous guy NOT do our next services.

It feels like the management staff of Cody Last name removed & Dustin Reed have done their best to make sure that my issues do get taken care of in a timely manner. I had an issue late last summer and it was taken care of the very next day. In all the years that I have been a customer, I haven't had any issues, and was knocked out that it was resolved that fast.
