The front yard looks much better. The only thing is that we paid in full for the season, and just found out that the technicians have only been treating the front yard and not the whole yard, back and front. The back is where we specifically said there was a weed problem with the little violet like weeds and the ivy, so the back yard is one of the reasons we are having you treat it.

My lawn looks amazing. The Mosquito Prevention doesn't really seem to be working as we keep getting bit even within a day or two of services, but the lawn itself has never looked better. It may be all the rain that we had recently and new hatchlings popping up from standing water, on other properties around ours but we are definitely still having issues with biting mosquitos. I know TruGreen will reservice if notified but just haven't had time to get around to contact them, and by the time I do its time for a new service.

This is our first year with TruGreen at this house. While the dandelions and clover are not 100% gone, it's much better than last year. Hopefully by continuing with TruGreen we'll get the weeds defeated.

Just a note here about part of my lawn that's not doing as well as the rest. The part that is on the north side of our driveway and that goes back to the backyard is still filled with lots of clover and also crabgrass seems to be returning. The rest of the lawn looks great. Maybe you could let our Tru Green guy know about it ( Jacob Reeser ), so he can take care of the problem there. Hope he didn't forget that part of the lawn by mistake. Anyway, thanks for your help!

They really take care of the customer. And I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

I received a notice that Tru Green would be out to spray trees & shrubs. They didn't show up. This was on Wednesday the 16th. They didn't come the next day either. I called the 800 # & talked to a lady who said the spraying was rescheduled but I was not informed of the change. I ask her to note that I wanted to be contacted if there was a change. I was concerned that I was being charged without the work being done.

I was contacted that my yard is to be sprayed today -- June 23. It is noon & they are not here yet. So, we'll see if they come this afternoon & so far I haven't received a change notice.

I was also wondering if the paper receipt is still being left at the door. I didn't get one for the tree application. I would like to receive these as I keep them in my file for reference. Hopefully I can talk to the yard guy today. I miss having a chat with them about concerns.

the thickness and the color

I've always taken care of my lawn with regular weed and feeds, but last year the crab grass got out of hand. I'm happy to report the crabgrass problem has been eliminated thanks to Tru Green.
