I had a conversation today with Cole Bussel before my lawn care service. He was very friendly and informative and took time to answer all of my questions. I had some particular concerns about some areas of my lawn and I appreciated that he gave me input on how to get off to a good start so I have the best looking grass I can have this year. Very positive experience.

Appointment per Trudy was for Monday. Was a no show, no notice sent. Trudy called next day stating service to be on Wednesday. Wednesday checking email, didn't see any. Email was later. The one positive thing is I think it was the same lady who did the work before and she knew only the front was to done as nothing in back yard. I stayed home on Monday but not Wednesday.

PS I am not upset or mad. Appreciated the work getting done.

True Green does a great job controlling red sedge and crab grass to help our lawn.
They could improve their grub control.
Prices are reasonable and their staff is courteous.
