I had my first TruGreen Service on 14 March 2023. The Technician, Derek Masse, did a very good walkthrough of my lawn to assess its condition and needs. He also did the appropriate initial application. Derek took the time to explain, in-detail, the post-visit care needed on my
part, and where, and how, to focus on good lawn maintenance in the weeks ahead. Derek knew his craft well, and was a pleasure to work with.

A note on my door with detailed information on the lawn application and a sign on the lawn that application was applied. Rasheed & Kirmani aerated and overseeded my lawn today. They were polite, professional and knowlegable. They knocked on my door, explained what they planned to do,asked if I had any questions and walked the property with me so i could point out areas that needed special attention. The Regional Manager, Mike called me personally to arrange the time and date of the service and to address any questions and concerns i had with their service. It is not often that the customer gets a personal call from the Regional Manager to insure satisfaction. I am very pleased with TruGreen and intend to renew my service .
