Rasheed & Kirmani aerated and overseeded my lawn today. They were polite, professional and knowlegable. They knocked on my door, explained what they planned to do,asked if I had any questions and walked the property with me so i could point out areas that needed special attention. The Regional Manager, Mike called me personally to arrange the time and date of the service and to address any questions and concerns i had with their service. It is not often that the customer gets a personal call from the Regional Manager to insure satisfaction. I am very pleased with TruGreen and intend to renew my service .

We have been pleased with the way our lawn has improved this year. Darius Edwards has been doing an excellent job.

We also appreciate the fact that Darius Edwards notifies us when he will be doing the lawn treatment and after he has completed. As this is our vacation home we are not usually at the property when he does the work.

We would ask that Darius be notified that after he completes his visit that he puts his summary service report on the work he did in between the storm and front door rather than in the handle.
This is our vacation home and the notice in the handle alerts people going by that no one is in the house. Thank you

Your technicians show up when they say they will. However, I do have a complaint. Back in April or May of this year, a supervisor from your Plymouth, Mass. office did come to my residence after a request was made by me.(I think his name was Chris????Not sure). I explained to him that my lawn was airated?? and overseeded two years in a row. However, my lawn developed two areas where the process did not take and I was left with two bald spots on the lawn. I was told then that the areas would be treated and fixed, at no charge to me, in the fall of this year(2023). I have yet to be contacted as to when this will take place(I believe it is called slicing or splicing). Could someone please come out and perform this service? I am very upset that no one has contacted me or done the work yet. Please advise. Thank you. James Last name removed

Our TruGreen Specialist, Armoni T. was wonderful on Monday - very professional and answers all of our questions about our lawn and the lawn service. We would like to always have Armoni service our lawn if possible.

Peter listen to my concerns about the bear spots in my lawn and assured me he would take extra care. I just wanted his employer to know you have a gem in the miking. My comment's are not for the public.
