Michael was a very nice, courteous, polite person. He did a great job. I gave him 5 stars.

However, I had left a message asking for another technician, Manny, considering that when the previous application was done by him, he asked me to take a sample of our spruce trees to the agricultural center to check what has/had affected the trees so that the next time that he will stop by, he can let me know if Trugreen sprays cover that particular disease or not. I did have the results waiting to discuss it with him.

I called and asked for another appointment with Manny today.

Also, I need to receive 24 hour notice from Trugreen before a technician shows up, please. Yesterday I received the call one hour before the technician stopped by.
