you constantly change our schedule from one day to another day, so we never really know when you are coming! No one calls to say you are not coming. I just know because you DON’T come. Annoying!!
BUT, the servicemen always do a great job and are very personable and polite!

I like that you are very dependable and your personnel are always very professional. The only issue that I have is that I think you schedule too many fertilizer treatments. I would prefer only two per year.
